2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it:

Account registration. If you create an account, we collect your email address, password (stored in hashed form — we cannot read it), first and last name, company, job title, and phone number.
Quote requests. If you request a quote through our caster builder, we collect your name, company, phone, email, and optionally your address and comments. Quote requests are sent to our sales team by email; they are not stored in a website database.
CAD downloads. If you download a CAD file while signed in, we keep a record of which product's file your account downloaded so our sales team can follow up.
Server logs. Like nearly all websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps, used for security and troubleshooting.

We do not knowingly collect information from children; this is a business-to-business website.

To notify our sales team of new registrations, quote requests, and CAD downloads

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. How Information Is Shared

Personal information is handled by our staff and our website service providers (website hosting and email delivery), who process it only on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

Third-party content. Our contact page can display an embedded Google Map. The map is not loaded until you either allow "Third-Party Content" in your cookie settings or click the "Load Map" button. Account information is kept while your account is active. Emailed quote requests are retained by our sales team as ordinary business correspondence. You may ask us to delete your account or correspondence at any time using the contact details above, and we will honor the request unless we are required to keep the information for legal or accounting purposes.

This website is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored using one-way hashing, and access to personal information is limited to staff who need it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. California residents: the rights above apply to requests made under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA, so no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" opt-out is required; we nevertheless honor the Global Privacy Control signal as described in Section 5.
